  • Training

    Dynamic, interactive trainings customized for your team or organization, on topics related to collaborative conflict resolution. Gain new skills, get hands-on practice, and build relationships with your peers and coworkers.

    Are you out of your depth when conflict arises in your organization? Do you lack sufficient structures to address challenges? Work with us to assess needs and existing structures, and to design or redesign a system for solving conflicts collaboratively, customized to the needs of your group.

    Working groups, board retreats, conferences and so on all benefit from the skills and organization of a professional facilitator with experience both designing and leading group process.

Lucia Wyss has been providing collaboration and conflict resolution services to her community since 2016. She specializes in fostering psychological safety within groups through collaborative communication, interest-based dialogue, emotional literacy, restorative justice, and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.

Lucia’s expansive background includes mediation, facilitation, and training with adults and youth, as well as academic research, crisis intervention, domestic violence advocacy, and peer counseling. Seeing a need for systemic change to support organizations with collaboration and to prevent conflict, she brings her experience and education to organizational design and development, helping teams navigate challenges and build resilient, collaborative cultures.

She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from City University of London, where she focused on psychological safety as a foundation for effective collaboration. In addition, Lucia has a BA in Sustainable Community Development, is a certified mediator in Washington State, and has been practicing the somatic art of conflict resolution through aikido since 2009.
